He has made a philosophy out of doing the minimum and nobody has ever talked him out of it. He is not asleep. His eyes are half open. He is watching — he is simply not putting any effort into it.

HUGO follows a colony of blue lizards living inside the Faraglioni rocks off Capri, and Hugo, their restless little inventor, who builds flying machines out of seaside junk trying to reach an island he can see but never touch.
